Yesterday the Connection and Transport Minister Andranik Manukyan
announced at the National Assembly, that the quality of “Armentel” cell
phone connection services will improve due to telephone company’s
technical facilities renovations starting from the night of September
14 (i.e. starting from last night). As it was not mentioned exactly
when the connection was going to be better, we decided to check it. We
tried to call several numbers of “K-telecom” and “Armentel” phone
numbers at 1-3 o’clock at night. Only 3 of 20 calls were connected.
