Deputy president of the CIS executive committee Vladimir Garkun has met with the heads of the Armenian police, Central Electoral Commission and the general prosecutor. During the meeting Garkun said that the CIS monitoring mission will work basing on the principles of political neutrality, impartiality and will not interfere with the inner affairs of the country. The head of the CIS monitoring mission will also meet with some candidates’ campaign managers and the head of the OSCE monitoring mission.
