“The leaderships of Armenia and Azerbaijan have a right to provide information about the negotiation process to anyone they wish,” as a response to the question of the Novosti Azerbaijan reporter about whether it’s expedient to keep the negotiation process mysterious from the public the American co-chairman of the OCSE Minsk Group Mathew Bryza yesterday mentioned. “I know that the FMs of both of the countries are aware of the negotiation process details. For example, in Armenia I know that they are communicating with statesmen and government members. They have the right o publicize this information to anyone they wish. Same can be said for Azerbaijan,” he said and added that when speaking of the participation of NKR in the negotiation process both Armenian and Azerbaijani communities are being taken into account. By the way, Bryza also stated that “the approaches of Azerbaijan and Armenia in the negotiation process have moved closer. I see mutual constructiveness. But there is work to be done.”
