According to RA news service the RA National Assembly delegation leaves for Strasbourg to take part in the Parliamentary Congress of European Council meeting held on January 20-26. According to the national Assembly official web page, David Harutunyan the leader of the delegation, Avet Adonts, the president of NA European integration questions council, Vahe Hovhannisyan, the member of the council, Hermine Naghdalyan, a member of NA economic questions council, Raffi Hovhannisian, the leader of “Heritage” party. Let’s remember that the Heritage is waiting for the return of Raffi Hovhannisian, after which the party will decide who they are going to endorse in the upcoming presidential elections. It was expected that Hovhannisian would return to Armenia on January 15. But they later announced that he is in Europe to read lectures in European universities and will return only on January 20th. Now it turns out that he won’t be back till January 26. In one of the internet forums an Armenian citizen has said the following about the standpoint of Hovhannisian, “Hey Raffi, wake up. We are there.”
