On Saturday “serjsargsyan.am” web page published the pre-election program of presidential candidate Serj Sargsyan, which consists of 8 pages. “Armenia, which we want to live in, must become strong democratic country with effective management system, in which the highest value is the human being, and the dominating value – his/her integral rights,” Serj Sargsyan promises in his program. He also promises that in Armenia, where we want to live, there will not be poor people and people with privileges.
