The new year has two serious pieces of advice for us. It wraps up the deeds of the whole year and outlines the new plans. As a rule the past doesn’t suffice us. We always think that the we could have done more. It could have been a better year and more productive. The year 2007 will pass its heritage to the year 2008, which is going to be an important one. The upcoming presidential elections are going to symbolize not only the expectations of the year but also the next five years. And in order not to leave our expectations unanswered and careless we wish all the readers of the 168-Zham newspaper strong and good health. And the next edition of our newspaper will be issued on January 15, 2008.
