“Armenian youth union” NGO conducted public polls on December 13-14, according to which 873 citizens out of 1000 said that they were going to vote during the presidential elections in 2008. Answering to a question for whom they would vote if the elections were organized on coming Sunday 239 of them (27.37%) said that they would vote for PM Serzh Sargsyan, 133 (15.23 %) – for ARF candidate Vahan Hovhannisyan, 127 (14.54 %) – for former president Levon Ter-Petrosyan, 84 (9.62%) for Legal State chair Arthur Baghdasaryan, 58 (6.64 %) – Vazgen Manukyan, 39 (4.46%) – Artashes Geghamyan. The chair of “National Consent” party Aram Harutyunyan and Arman Melikyan received less than 1%. 155 (17.75%) citizens said that they were not going to vote for anyone.
