Chair of the national commission on regulation of public services Robert Nazaryan has said that the commission is preparing a competition package for rendering mobile telephone services. According to Nazaryan, a competition will be announced in May 2008, and the name of the third mobile operator will become clear in August. The head of the commission assures that it will be clear which company is the winner only after the competition. However, it is not a secret that in Armenia such decisions are made during one night as it had happened with the license issued to “Vivacell”.
