On December 5 Alexander Arzumanyan, head of the office of nomination of Levon Ter-Petrosyan, met with the head of the election department of the OSCE Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Gerald Mitchell, advisor on elections Nicola Schmidt and the assistant head of the OSCE Yerevan office Marc Bojanich. They discussed issues relating to the activities of the observation mission of the ODHIR.
