The authorities are trying to create an imitation that Turkey is interested in the presidential elections in Armenia since it has certain expectations. Concerning this the coordinator of the ARF Hay Dat and political issues Armenian headquarter, Kiro Manoyan says that no expectation can be justified since no president of Armenia will meet Turkey’s expectations. He also has spoken about the 106th resolution on recognizing the Armenian Genocide by the US Senate House of Representatives. According to Manoyan, in the given case it is more power demonstration than recognition of the issue itself since the US has already agreed with the fact of the Genocide and with that resolution it would just re-state its political attitude one more time.
