RA ex FM Alexander Arzumanyan has informed radio Liberty that RA first president Levon Ter-Petrosyan will participate in the upcoming presidential elections through self-nomination. The potential candidates for presidency can submit the corresponding documents to the Central Electoral Commission till December 6. No candidate has submitted any documents so far.
