During the recent rally of the opposition former president Levon Ter-Petrosyan suggested to print the election ballots in abroad and said that otherwise there would be violations. Yesterday CEC head Garegin Azaryan said concerning the mentioned suggestion, “We have numerously seen the skills of Levon Ter-Petrosyan to organize free, fair and transparent elections, specifically we saw that during the parliamentary elections of 1995 and presidential elections of 1996. In a word, he would be better to give such advices to his supporters who have made electoral violations. As for the suggestion to print the ballots in abroad, the CEC does not deem it necessary since that process is implemented publicly and is open to people”.
