“Beginning from 1994 we have been hearing from Azerbaijani press and leadership that Armenian side is violating the ceasefire. Armenian side has never violated this regime by its own initiative; it is Azerbaijanis that from time to time violate the ceasefire, to which we have responded, and will respond. The leadership of Azerbaijani military forces had better controlled their armed forces to avoid violation of ceasefire on the borderline,” Defense Minister Michael Harutyunyan said yesterday.
