The musical instrument of the Camera Musical House, named after Komitas was repaired. The instrument was fixed for free by German master Christian Wegsheider. He was invited by Aram Talalyan, the organizer of “Barocco” Yerevan festival and the player of the instrument, British national Christopher Stambridge. The instrument has about 4000 trumpets. It was possible to repair it within 10 days of intensive work. There are 7 similar instruments in Armenia but the one in the Camera Musical House is exclusive because it was built for barocco style music. It was built in 1977-1978 by the Dutch “Flentrop” firm and was moved to the Camera House in 1979. It was harmed because the hall wasn’t being warmed in the 90s.
