It’s the attorney’s turn

The attorney of the suspects of the Royal Armenia case, Ashot Sargsyan during the talk to A1+ said that on the day of the last session, on October 15, Judge Souren Ghazaryan has reprimanded him a few times without any grounds. He said that he was going to ask the Chamber of Attorneys to dismiss Sargsyan from his duties. Sargsyan said that he had noticed during the session that the Judge is angry with him and was going to do something against him after the 5th remark. And the bad behavior of the attorney was that he told his client to “be more focused before saying something.” The court considered this fact as a prompt or directing. This means that the number of the people, who are going to be punished in the result of the Royal Armenia case, is going to be expanded. It’s now Sargsyan’s turn after judge Pargev Ohanyan got punished. The fate of the attorney depends on the decision of the Chamber of Attorneys. Sargsyan mentioned that if this case doesn’t have any political motives or that Ohanyan wasn’t dismissed because of his right verdict the Court of Appeal must not change its decision about dismissing Ohanyan. If it does then it is all connected with the verdict, which Ohanyan made about the mentioned case. Ashot Sargsyan also said, “If the Royal Armenia case verdict turns out to be against my clients then I will turn in my attorney’s certificate to the Chamber of Attorneys with my own will because I will find the attorney’s functions senseless in this country.”
