These days the largest producer of butter and related products of Ukraine, the newly established production group “Creative”, will come up with an announcement concerning founding a joint company with Armenia (“Cre-Ar” JC), which will be involved in selling butter and other related products. According to well informed sources, the Armenian part of that business belongs to MP Samvel Alexanyan, who has almost monopolistic positions in the market of butter and such related products. Currently the “Creative” owes 50% of the “Cre-Ar” shares. One of the goals of this joint company is to conquer about 30% of the Armenian butter products market. The preliminary investment of the “Creative” in the “Cre-Ar” sums at $100 thousand, which is going to be increased in the future. It is a long time that the “Creative” production group is represented in CIS countries and it exports its products mainly to Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Slovakia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Estonia. The group produces herbal oil, soft butter, margarines with the brands “Divnoe” and “Sonola”, margarines produced for eating, as well as special oils with the minimal content of transizomer.
