“I can talk to anyone, but my decisions cannot be changed after such talks. I don’t have any problems to meet with anyone, included Levon Ter-Petrosyan,” said Vazgen Manukyan answering to the proposal of academic Rafayel Ghazaryan to organize a meeting with Levon Ter-Petrosyan and added that he didn’t give so much importance to that meeting, thus he couldn’t say whether such meeting would be organized or no. Concerning Ter-Petrosyan’s speech Vazgen Manukyan said, “Levon Ter-Petrosyan is the same as ten years ago; nothing has changed”.
