Despite the rumors in the political field and media that the RA first president, Levon Ter-Petrosyan will announce about his final decision concerning running for president on the Independence Day on September 21, a number of ANM representatives assure that on that day Ter-Petrosyan will be at the office of ANM, where they usually celebrate the Independence Day and there will be no announcements on his part concerning his decision whether to run or not. According to the person to whom we talked on this topic, these rumors are either spread by a group of people, who wish Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s return, or a part of the black PR against Levon Ter-Petrosyan implemented by a group of pro-government powers. The ANM representative also said that the issue whether Ter-Petrosyan will run or not will become clear later during their summit in October.
