Yesterday the first instance court of Malatsia-Sebastia community had to hold a trial against the murderer of Sedrak Zatikyan, Arsen Arushanyan and two persons who had supported him (A. Hovhannisyan and L. Ghevondyan). After waiting for about one hour judge Tigran Petrosyan announced that the trial was delayed since several accused persons had not been brought to the court. They had received a letter from the prison writing that they couldn’t provide the presence of the defendants. Later the spokeswoman of the justice ministry, Lana Mshetsyan informed that the defendants had not been brought to the court due to the fact that “the guards who had to escort the defendants had not been there.”
