On the occasion of the international day of peace on September 1 Armenian duduk player, Jivan Gasparyan has astounded the Turks in Istanbul. According to the Turksih “Milieti” in the first half of the concert Yavouz Bingyol has performed. In the second half, the viewers applauded Jivan Gasparyan by standing up. By request of the spectators the third part of the concert was organized in singer duets. The newspaper has admirably spoken of Jivan Gasparyan by mentioning that Gasparyan with his duduk was able to both excite and cheer up people. During his interview Bingyol said that he has received a performance invitation in Yerevan in 2008 from Jivan Gasparyan. The duduk master said that once again he got convinced in Turkey that there is no “bad nation” in the world.
