Well-informed sources claim that Haykaram Mkhitaryan (who’s also the affairs manager of RA government), the owner of the largest circulator of Armenian newspapers, “Haymamul”, is negotiating with a company to partly or fully sell Haymamul. We were not able to rectify which company Mkhitaryan is negotiating with.
