“All what I have learned through many years being a lawyer, investigation officer and as well as advocate is probably very old already. We haven’t been taught such things. I have never seen such things anywhere”, yesterday said RA former FM Alexander Arzumanyan’s lawyer Hovik Arsenyan following the court session. The NSS have submitted petition to the court to prolong the term of Arzumanyan’s arrest for more two months. As for these two months, the NSS need this term to go to Moscow and find out whether citizen of Russia Alexander Aghazaryan pays his tax obligations or no. To note, the security bodies have arrested Arzumanyan under another accusation, according to which the latter allegedly is accused in “legalizing the illegal money of Levon Markos being under search”. This case seems very absurd and funny. As for the court, it approved the NSS’s petition without any legal grounds.
