“It is not time yet to recognize the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh”, yesterday said the FM media and information department head, Vladimir Karapetyan. V. Karapetyan was asked by “Armenian Reporter” to express his view concerning the initiative of “Heritage” party, to which he said the following: “The recognition of the Republic of Karabakh on the part of Armenia has always been and continues to be in the arsenal of the Armenian foreign policy. It should be done at a moment when it will bring maximum effectiveness and will support the final settlement of the issue. That moment has not come yet”
