Vazgen Manukyan, leader of the National Democratic Union, told our correspondent Wednesday that in essence he didn’t deny the rumors going around that he may be represented as the ARF candidate during the 2008 presidential elections. In response to the question as to whether it was accurate that he was going to be the ARF presidential candidate, Manukyan said:
“I am hearing that for the first time.”
