The “Transcentral Asia Petrochemical” holding, existing in Kazakhstan, now owns 51% of the stocks of the Turkish “Petkim” petrochemical company and one of the three principal associates presented as an investor is the “Troyka Dialog” company headed by Russian-Armenian businessman Ruben Vardanyan. Kazakh holding has proposed 2 billion 50 million dollars for the “Petkim” stocks, which exceeds the proposal of “Socar&Tucas-Injaz” company by 10 million. “Socar&Tucas-Injaz” was the main competitor for “Transcentral Asia Petrochemical”.
