Recently, EU secretary general Terry Davis used the expressions “as it is said” and “separatists” when speaking about the upcoming presidential elections in Karabakh. Yesterday, a delegation led by the Swedish Ambassador to the EU, Pierre Sorgen, arrived in Armenia, which is, “as it is said”, the Ago group. Yesterday Ambassador Pierre Sorgen told Armenian journalists that the EU does not accept any elections in frozen conflict zones. In addition, RA FM Vardan Oskanyan said that Armenia does not leave any announcements, which do not correspond with the character of the peaceful settlement process, without an adequate answer, whether those announcements were made by mistake, on purpose, or as a result of not being well informed. According to Oskanyan, Terry Davis made “a sloppy announcement”.
