Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan received EU special representative in the South Caucasus, Peter Semnebi, on Friday. During the meeting the two sides discussed regional issues, including Armenian-Turkish relations. With regards to the parliamentary elections held in Armenia, the EU special representative said that the EU rates the elections as progressive and expects to see the trend continue in the upcoming presidential elections as well.
