On Friday, June 8, RA President Robert Kocharyan signed a decree on the amendments and additions to the decree signed by the president on March 16, 2002. Based on the decree, the RA Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs has been renamed the RA Ministry of Culture. The state committee on physical education and sports adjunct to the Government of Armenia has been restructured as the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. Minister of Territorial Administration of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan has been appointed deputy prime minister and the government personnel have been formed by another decree signed by Robert Kocharyan.
