The presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet again today. The previous day, before their meeting, the international media was actively covering information about Putin’s proposal to Bush to jointly use the radar system of Gabala in the territory of Azerbaijan as a means of missile defense. Yesterday Azeri FM Elmar Mamediarov said that Azerbaijan is ready to start talks concerning the bilateral use of the Gabala radars.
