On June 1st the Constitutional Court will examine the appeals sent by the “Republic”, “Legal State”, “New Times” parties and the “Impeachment” alliance which put the results of the parliamentary elections of the proportional system up for debate. The working consultation group will decide today whether the appeals will be examined one by one or altogether. Candidates of “Legal State” Heghine Bisharyan and Hovhannes Margaryan have presented separate appeals regarding the results of the elections under the majoritarian system. The date for the examination of their appeals is still undecided.
