Yesterday the head of the Armenian army central headquarters, first deputy to the RA defense minister and general-lieutenant Seyran Ohanyan, was granted a military rank of general-colonel by the order of President Kocharyan. By another order of the president, Nikolay Grigoryan was appointed deputy to the head of the RA Public Utilities Regulatory Commission with a five years tenure period. Yesterday the president also signed orders on appointing several judges.
