Yesterday during the “Caucasus-2006” international symposium the head of the interethnic problems department of the Russian political and strategic analysis institution, Sergey Markedonov, said that the relations between Armenia and Russia became significantly worse in 2006, but not on an official, governmental level. Markedonov said that the victory of ARP, PA and ARF during the parliamentary elections was a big achievement for Russians in 2007. “It is the victory of the Russian powers against the color revolutionaries,” said Markedonov.
