On May 22 at 9:35 p.m. Artyom R. Piloyan, 26, was in a argument for almost 10 minutes with Hovhannes Arakelyan, the owner of the “Karot” gas station located on 3 Yerevan highway of Gyumri, after which Piloyan fired shots at Arakelyan and escaped from the scene of the crime. No one was hurt in the incident. A lawsuit has been filed and an investigation is underway. Let us recall that shots were fired between the sons of the Republican mayor of Gyumri and the head of the “Prosperous Armenia” party regional organization.
