RA FM Vardan Oskanyan said to “Azatutyun” radio station that the OSCE co-chairs may visit the region next week. “They want to visit the region before the visit of the newly appointed OSCE chair, the Spanish foreign affairs minister, but they may come here after that visit too. The purpose of these visits will be an attempt to organize a meeting of the presidents. Whether that meeting takes place or not depends on whether or not there will be positive achivements,” Oskanyan said. Furthermore, OSCE existing chair’s envoy Anjey Kasprchik recently met with the president of Karabakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan.
