On Wednesday the ceremony dedicated to the life and work of Fridjof Nansen, which was dedicated to the memory of Andranik Margaryan, took place at the “Arno Babajanyan” concert hall. Passing on the blessing given by the deputy of the head of the Ararat patriarchal diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Navasard Kchoyan, who was out of Yerevan, diocese priest Haykazun Mkrtchyan said that “there are people who leave a trace behind with the life they live, and future generations receive inspiration by the example they set”.
“Nansen and Andranik Margaryan were the same. Although their lives and destinies were different, they had one thing in common that seemed to unite them; it was their meaningful lives, and serving others,” said the priest.
