Masis Mayilyan, deputy foreign affairs minister of Karabakh, says that he is going to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections of Karabakh under the proportional system. It is worth mentioning that the deadline for registration is May 5, and the CEC of Karabakh has registered only three candidates so far (Bako Sahakyan, Vanya Avanesyan and Hrant Melkumyan).
