“Nairit” company, which is considered a production giant in Armenia, is experiencing some problems with the government. They often forget about what they have written on papers and approved. To note, upon putting this company under the management of private business, the government defined in the contract that in case of new debts, “Nairit” company management is responsible for covering all the outstanding debts. They don’t think about covering the outstanding debts, despite the fact that the company changed owners five times from 2002-2006 and its debt at $10 mln has increased to $40 mln. The most amazing thing is that upon selling, the price of “Nairit” was equal to the sum of its debt balance. It turns out that the government still has to be grateful to the non-professional managers of “Nairit” company.
