OSCE MG co-chair Matthew Bryza had a meeting with president Kocharyan and FM Vardan Oskanyan on March 28. Yesterday the latter said that the main topic of the meeting was the Karabakh conflict negotiations. “Certainly, the main topic was Karabakh, but we spoke about the elections as well,” he said. The minister also said that the co-chairs were trying to arrange a meeting of the presidents too, but there were some differences in the time arrangements. However, Oskanyan thinks that the meeting will take place in April.
