NKR president Arkadi Ghukasyan says that he wants to retire from politics for some time. “By announcing about my intention not to leave Karabakh in advance, I have blocked all possible suggestions to be appointed in high positions in Armenia”, said Arkadi Ghukasyan. Concerning the inner situation in Karabakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan says that the local political parties are consulting and negotiating. The Karabakhi president does not exclude the possibilities that the governmental powers may jointly support one candidate.
