According to our information, leader of “Dashink party” is often meeting with CC member Kim Balayan. The reason of their meetings is legal consulting since the information and documentation that the Police has given to Samvel Babayan for registering in Armenia as a citizen to participate in the elections are not integral and it is up to the Central Electoral Commission to give a candidate’s status or not. According to our information, Samvel Babayan is consulting with Kim Balayan to figure out what he can do in the Constitutional Court in case his candidacy is not registered.
