“The opposition has to decide with whom it is fighting-the enemy or the ideological rivals. If we are the ideological rivals, then it is good to meet, sit down and discuss who is right and who is wrong. But if we are enemies, then we have nothing to discuss. We have to talk on this or that side of the barricade,” announced former vice-minister of DefenseVahan Shirkhanyan during a debate with Republican Deputy Samvel Nikoyan on Wednesday. According to Shirkhanyan, nowadays a deputy must have the “OK, money and manipulation” to get elected.
