The report of the U.S. department of State writes in the section concerning the Karabakh conflict that Armenia continues keeping the Azeri territories and Karabakh occupied. Concerning this yesterday the RA foreign affairs minister, Vardan Oskanyan said that it was just a mistake and the Armenian government had already sent them their concerns about that statement. “The U.S. policy concerning this is clear to everyone and that is why we can be sure that it was just a mistake. However, the statement has been published already and it is impossible to change anything in it”, said the foreign affairs minister.
