Yesterday the French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Bernard Fassier met with the president of Karabakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan. Following the meeting Mr. Ghukasyan said that they discussed the issue of Karabakh’s participation in the negotiations. “Mr. Fassier clearly imagines that it is impossible to solve that problem without Karabakh. Unfortunately, there are things that don’t depend on the co-chairmen. The policy of Azerbaijan places a role too and it does not want to negotiate with Karabakh. However, this is an obstacle that can be worked out”, said the Karabakhi president.
