The investigation department of the RA general public prosecutor’s office has instituted proceedings against a new defendant connected with the murder of the head of the RA tax inspection investigation department, Shahen Hovasapyan. Basing on the witnessing facts of the prosecutor’s office the investigation department has decided to accuse citizen of Yerevan Haik Israyelyan (born in 1975) in crimes according to RA Criminal Code Article 104, Point 2 -6,7,8, Article 34-104, Point 2 -1,7, Article 235, Point 1 for exploding a bomb installed in Shahen Hovasapyan’s car with a remote controller. The prosecutor’s office is preceding the case and taking all the necessary actions.
