NA Deputy-Speaker, Vahan Hovhanisyan announced that the RA Constitution is the strongest factor and Robert Kocharyan is not going to run for the third time because the Constitution doesn’t give him the right to and he won’t violate the provision of the Constitution. Meanwhile Hovhanisyan mentioned that during the next Presidential elections ARF will nominate its own candidate, who will definitely be not a member of another party. Hovhanisyan hasn’t denied the rumors that that ARF may participate in the coming Presidential elections of Karabagh with its own candidate (in the person of former RA Deputy Minister of Defense, Artur Aghabekyan). He also mentioned that in Karabagh a separate ARF bureau operates. They are the ones to decide, who they are going to nominate. The Armenian ARF can only advise but not oblige.
