Yesterday the ARF (Dashnakcutyun) and “Dashink” parties did not publish their proportional lists and promised to do it today, i.e. just before the deadline. They don’t inform any details about their decision. However, we have found it out that NA deputy Hmayak Hovhannisyan will be included in the proportional lists of “Dashink” party and will be given the fourth place. Concerning this Hmayak Hovhannisyan told us that he was not representing the board of that party and thus he couldn’t say anything.
