Head of the Public Television/Radio Council Alexan Harutyunyan has announced that H1 (Armenian Public Television) will continue broadcasting the parliament programs until the end of the National Assembly session, in other words the National Assembly-government Q&A, announcements made by deputies and the television program “Week in Parliament”. Harutyunyan says that he has informed the National Assembly administration about that. As far as the broadcast of programs on the fourth session of the National Assembly after the May 12 elections goes, as A. Harutyunyan mentioned, that will be discussed with the new National Assembly administration after the parliamentary elections. However, Harutyunyan informed that if the National Assembly wishes to continue the broadcast of the programs on public television, then the television company will fulfill the request. He also announced that those programs would continue to be broadcasted live on Public Radio just like in the past, while the unedited “Week in Parliament” program will be broadcasted at 8 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. As for the deputies’ announcements and National Assembly-government Q&A, as Harutyunyan mentioned, they will have limited broadcast and will be on the same day.

“We will broadcast all the parliamentary factions’ questions and announcements. There will be no faction that will not hear its question or announcement,” said Harutyunyan.
