Yesterday NA deputy Aram G. Sargsyan suggested the parliament not to fulfill the Constitutional Court’s decision of February 16 (it declares that the provisions of the NA by-laws stating that the national TV “H1” should broadcast the “Parliamentary Hour” program and concrete hours of Q/A sessions in the parliament is in contradiction with the Constitution) as they “did in 2003”. Answering to Mr. Sargsyan speaker Tigran Torosyan said that they had arranged with “H1” to broadcast the “Parliamentary Hour” program on Sundays at 20:00, but not at 21:00. Yesterday the parliament also adopted the law on dual citizenship.
