NA speaker Tigran Torosyan has sent invitations to international parliamentary institutions to invite election monitors to observe the upcoming parliamentary elections of May 12. The speaker sent invitations to the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe, OSCE Parliamentary Council, CIS parliamentary Council and Euro Parliament.
