Answering to a question proposed by a correspondent of “Figaro” asking what kind of solutions Armenia expects from the Karabakh conflict negotiations, RA president Robert Kocharyan said that all the nations have a right for independence. “There aren’t any examples when a nation may refuse its independence after having it” said the president of Armenia. Kocharyan also said that Nagorno Karabakh has never been a part of independent Azerbaijan.
